Permanova has for the past two years been focused on further improving employee skills. This is achieved via the Business Region Göteborg (BRG) Avanto program, which ends in May.
An important step is to work with equality in the company. Employee health is improved, and the stress level is lowered. In the long term, the company´s brand is strengthened, the customer treatment is improved, and the competitiveness is increased.
